Angostura Bitters (2 dash / 2 ml)

Bacardi Light Rum® (2 oz. / 6.0 cl)

Pernod (2 dash / 2 ml)

Rum Sazerac recipe:


Soak sugar cube in Angostura bitters. Crush it with a pestle in an old-fashioned glass. Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a few dashed of Pernod and fill with water.
