Maestro ingredients:

Anejo Rum (1 1/2 oz. / 12.0 cl)

Cream Sherry (1/2 oz. / 1.5 cl)

Lime Juice (1/2 oz. / 1.5 cl)

Crushed Ice

Ginger Ale (4 oz. / 12.0 cl)

Lemon Twist (1 / 3.0 cl)

Collins Glass

 
 

Maestro recipe:

 

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Top with the ginger ale. Garnish with the lemon twist.
